STELLACAST operates an online platform that facilitates talent discovery, scouting, casting, artist representation, professional promotion, recruitment, and related services within the entertainment, advertising, media, fashion, events, and creative industries.

STELLACAST is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information collected through the Platform. Such use and disclosure shall be limited to purposes related to scouting, casting, recruitment, talent representation, professional promotion, and professional opportunities.

6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

STELLACAST may send users:

Account notifications;
Verification messages;
Security alerts;
System notifications;
Technical communications;
Casting invitations;
Opportunity notifications;
Application status updates;
Automated system messages;
Service announcements;
Platform updates;
Informational communications;
Promotional communications;
Service-related communications;
Operational testing messages; and
Platform functionality notifications.

Such communications may be delivered through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-platform notifications, and other electronic means made available by STELLACAST.

STELLACAST may use automated technologies, algorithms, artificial intelligence tools, recommendation systems, search functionality, and similar technologies to organize, categorize, recommend, rank, match, or otherwise facilitate connections between users and professional opportunities.

Such technologies are intended to improve Platform functionality, efficiency, and user experience and are not used as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
