7. AUDIOVISUAL CONTENT AND TALENT PROFILES

By uploading photographs, videos, self-tapes, demo reels, voice recordings, audition recordings, portfolios, or other audiovisual materials to the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that STELLACAST may store, organize, review, display, and make such materials available to potential clients, production companies, casting directors, talent agencies, brands, studios, streaming platforms, and other parties involved in professional opportunities. Such use and disclosure shall be limited to purposes related to scouting, casting, recruitment, talent representation, professional promotion, and professional opportunities. Users remain responsible for ensuring that they own or have obtained all rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary to upload audiovisual materials to the Platform.

8. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

STELLACAST may send users:

Account notifications;
Verification messages;
Security alerts;
System notifications;
Technical communications;
Casting invitations;
Opportunity notifications;
Application status updates;

Such communications may be delivered through email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-platform notifications, and other electronic means made available by STELLACAST.
